Child Sponsorship
Note: MH4H reports that for $70 or $35 per month an individual may fully or partially sponsor a child and their caregiver. Partially sponsored children are partnered with another sponsor to ensure the child is supported. Sponsored children and caregivers receive access to all of the organization's programs, which include Mil Jou First 1000 Days, Yellow Iron School of Light, Power to the Parents, and Husbandry Education Project. The programs provide healthcare, education, nutrition, and community support to sponsored children and their caregivers.

Stated Purpose
"to be love in action, by strengthening families in education, leadership development, agriculture, safe homes, medical assistance, economic development."
Many Hands for Haiti (MH4H) reports that it works to serve Haitian families and local communities by addressing physical and spiritual barriers to generational poverty. The organization's Love In Action sponsorship program seeks to rebuild family foundations, restore family units, and renew local communities through the restoration of families. Through the program MH4H provides a daily meal to children and mothers, monthly health check-ups and medical assistance, learning opportunities for children, sanitation education for caregivers, and families are offered Christian education classes along with classes on safe home practices. The organization also seeks to address poverty through its economic and agriculture programs. In 2019, MH4H states that it distributed meals to approximately 64,800 children aged 5 and under and their caregivers. In addition, the organization reports that it distributed 149 goats to 73 families for animal husbandry, developed the Babylon hydroponic garden system, completed phase one testing of its hybrid seed corn project, and opened the Maliarette campus and Sylvain Fundamental School.
