"to provide advocacy and services for wounded, injured or ill members and former members of the United States Army Special Forces and those who have served in a direct support capacity with the United States Army Special Forces during the time of their wounds, injury or illness."
Green Beret Foundation (GBF) provides financial assistance, support, and liaison services for wounded, ill and injured members and former members of the Special Forces of the United States Army and their family members. Services are also extended to the family members of those servicemembers who were killed in action.
